Call to order: 7:00 p.m.

Board members present: Michael Brackin, Jim Carter, Mike Stafford, Elaine Platt, Alan Shearer

Others: Mark Coppock, Joshua Hale, Victor Swenson

Minutes from previous mtg.: approved

Treasurer’s Report: $31,880.97

Block and Officer’s Report: nothing to report

Old Business:

Legal action on delinquent homeowner dues (4) has been averted; residents are working to comply as follows:

1 – one payment has been received

2 – contact has been made; homeowner commits to payment

3 – home sold; lien paid

4 – paid in full

Halloween party was attended by 80 people

New Business:

Sodium street light issue – Michael B. will consult with BTU for help in a solution.

Annual meeting will take place on January 15 at 7 p.m. Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Location: Mary Branch Elementary School cafeteria

There will be a few positions available for board members

Next Meeting: December 18 at 7 p.m. at Mr. Carter’s home at 3200 Wilderness
