Architectural Control Committee
No structural changes to lots can be made until approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). If ACC does not respond to a written request within 30 days, approval is automatically granted.
The ACC has no authority to approve variances to our Deed Restrictions.
Members of the ACC serve three-year terms. Current ACC members:
