Call to order: 7:03 p.m.

Minutes from previous mtg.: approved
Treasurer’s Report: $33, 020.10
Block and Officer’s Report: nothing to report
Old Business:
Legal action to be taken on delinquent homeowner dues.
Cars parked in street for more than 24 hours are an issue.
National Night Out party in the park is on Tuesday, October 3 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
New Business:
Halloween party at the park on Halloween Night.
Board has agreed to rewrite the bid for park mowing under the same terms as last year. Bids will be available for interested people later this fall.
Annual meeting will take place on MLK day as usual. Location will be announced as soon as available.
Next Meeting: Tuesday, October 3 at National Night Out party after 7 p.m.

just got flood info in mail from City of Bryan…They indicate we can get assistance by calling 979-209-5030 this would make a good topic for a meeting or extra association meeting…to help homeowners to understand services they provide regarding flood protection assistance
