Minutes from previous mtg.: approved with corrections
Treasurer’s Report: $31,159.87
Block and Officer’s Report: nothing to report
Old Business:
Residents with largest HOA dues debt are on payment plans.
No action taken yet on the sodium security light issue
Reminder: Annual WECIA homeowner meeting will take place on Jan. 15 at 7 p.m. at Mary Brance Elementary School cafeteria. Board meets at 6:30 p.m. There are a few board positions available.
New Business:

Mike S. will be replacing broken swing in the park play area
Block captains will be coming to your door around the first week in January to collect signed proxies. At that time, if you would like, you can let your block captain know if you will be attending the annual meeting.

just checking … I assume our HOA does NOT include payment for water line repairs….been reading online about the Service Line Warranties that Bryan City Utilities has made available to us
The only water lines that the HOA is responsible for runs from water meter on dewberry to center of park water fountain and hose bib. BTU has sold a mailing list to a company that plays on people’s lack of knowledge of who is responsible for what repairs. In our area if you had more than 1000 ft. of water line between the water meter and your house, you might consider such insurance. Most water lines in our subdivision could probably be completely replaced for less than 300-500 dollars total.Mike Stafford 979-218-5855
