Minutes 3-18-2019 Board Meeting

Westwood Estate Community Improvement Association

Call to order: 7:03 p.m.

Board members present:    Elaine Platt, Michael Brackin, Mark Coppock, John Byers, Shelton Riggins

Others: Mike Stafford, Sabrina Clark

Minutes from previous mtg.: approved as read

Treasurer’s Report: not available; email Association Services for report

Signature cards for HOA bank account were completed.

Block and Officer’s Report: nothing to report

Old Business:

•             Park maintenance has mulched park gardens and will be reimbursed.
•             Basketball nets will be here soon and will be installed.
•             Tetherball nets have been installed.
•             Soccer nets and volleyball nets will be replaced soon.
•             Problem with water collecting at bottom of park slide has been resolved.
•             Website has been updated with new board member information.

New Business:

•             Discussion of replacement of park play area retaining wall has been started and will be ongoing.
•             3 residents in HOA debt.  Mike S. will attempt to collect or legal action will be taken.
•             Easter Party is Friday April 19 from 5:30 – 7 p.m. at the park

Next Meeting: Monday, April 22 at 7 p.m. at the park
