Minutes 2-18-2019 Board Meeting

Call to order: 7:10 p.m.

Board members present:  Mike Stafford, Elaine Platt, Michael Brackin, Mark Coppock

Others: Shelton R., Sabrina C.

Minutes from previous mtg.: approved as read

Treasurer’s Report: not available

Block and Officer’s Report: nothing to report

Old Business:

Board Positions:  Mike Stafford has stepped down from board position.  3 positions are open.  Michael Brackin, Elaine Platt, and Shelton Riggins were voted to fill the positions and the board has accepted.  Positions are as follows:

President:  Michael Brackin

Vice President:  John Byers

Secretary:  Elaine Platt

Treasurer:  Mark Coppock

At Large:  Shelton Riggins

New Business:

The website will be updated with accurate information.

The board approved Mike S. to purchase soccer nets.  The board approved resident Sabrina Clark to purchase basketball rims and nets.   She will be reimbursed.

Next Meeting: Monday, March 18 at 7 p.m. at the park
