Minutes from previous mtg.: approved as read with one correction to spelling error

Treasurer’s Report: not available

Block and Officer’s Report: nothing to report

Old Business: placement of 2018 board members is as follows:

Treasurer – remains open

Vice President – Michael Brackin

Secretary – Elaine Platt

At Large – John Byers

President – Mike Stafford

New Business:

Meeting days will be third Monday of each month. Cancellations or rescheduling of meetings will be posted to website and on NextDoor.com

Next Meeting: March 13 (Tuesday) at Elaine’s home at 3021 Hummingbird Circle. There was a conflict in scheduling the meeting on Monday.
