MINUTES 4-18-16

Call to order: 7:08 p.m.

Board members present: Elaine P., James C., Alan S., Mike S.

Minutes from previous mtg.: reviewed and accepted

Treasurer’s Report: $32, 487

Block and Officer’s Report: Easter party attended by many, approx.. 65 kids

Old Business:

Park Entrance Sign – replacement still in progress – Mike S. will have wording, materials options and building options for the board to review at next meeting.

New Business:

Previously elected board secretary has resigned and resignation has been accepted by the board. Mike S. moved to elect Elaine Platt, former board secretary. Jim C. 2^nd, voted and motion carries.

As of 4/18/16 board members are as follows:

Alan Shearer – President

Isaac Lopez – Vice President

Jim Carter – Treasurer

Elaine Platt – Secretary

Mike Stafford – Member at Large

Entrance on Traditions and Park entrance signs to be maintained soon.

Newsletter to go out in Spring.
