Call to order: 7:07 p.m.

Board members present: James, Walter, Robert

Others present: Mike Stafford

Minutes from previous mtg.: will be reviewed at next meeting (secretary not present)

Treasurer’s Report: $27,556.77

Block and Officer’s Report:

Nothing to report

Old Business:

WECIA does not qualify as tax exempt.

New Business:

Mowing bid, annual meeting notice and proxy will be prepared and printed

Board is in the process of hiring a replacement CPA

Two board positions will open for voting at the annual meeting

Other Business:

Board will get estimates to trim trees in the park

Next Meeting: January 18, 2016 (Monday) 7 p.m. at Mary Branch cafeteria
