Call to order: 7:02 p.m.

Board members present:, John Byers, Mike Stafford, Elaine Platt, Michael Brackin, Mark Coppock

Others: Chris Galindo, Brent Hairston, Walter K. and wife, Justin Hale

Minutes from previous mtg.: approved as read

Treasurer’s Report: $33,867.73

Block and Officer’s Report:

• KBTX News reported on army worms in Brazos Valley, watch for them
• Be on the lookout for strangers entering yards, knocking on doors and being persistent

Old Business:

• National Night Out takes place on October 2, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Park Pavilion
• Action has been taken on the residents that are behind on dues
• Halloween at the Park party on October 31

New Business:

• Fall newsletter will come out in a few days along with the invitation to National Night Out party
• Mowing contract: the board will handle the bid process as usual
