Call to order: 7:03 p.m.

Board members present:, John Byers, Mike Stafford, Elaine Platt, Michael Brackin

Others: Cathy Holste from Hummingbird Cr. And Michael Cahill from Dewberry

Minutes from previous mtg.: approved as read

Treasurer’s Report: $39,460.10

Block and Officer’s Report: loud party at a rental property on Dewberry in July at 3 a.m. was discussed

Old Business:

No old business

New Business:

• National Night Out will be held at the park on Tuesday, Oct. 2, time to be announced
• Association Services, our HOA Management service will proceed with collection policies for residents that are behind $300 or more in homeowner dues

Next Meeting: Monday, September 17   7 p.m. at the park
